Seitan
Seitan is a protein-rich product with a meaty structure, made from wheat proteins and (in our case) lentils, then flavoured with a blend of herbs. It originated in China and Japan, where it was mainly used in dishes by buddhist monks, and later grew common as a staple food and a specialty for millions of people. Seitan is a terrific plant-based alternative to meat, as you can enjoy it both cold and warm. It is a smart solution to help transform countless dishes into delicious plant-based meals.
